Ashley W. Tiegs

Ashley Tiegs, M.D., joined the Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine in the summer of 2020. She completed her fellowship training at Jefferson-RMA. During her fellowship, Dr. Tiegs received many awards, including the SRI President’s Presenter’s Award at the SRI Annual Scientific Meeting 2020, the ASRM 2019 Corporate Member Council In-Training Award and Travel Grant, the SMRU Traveling Scholar Award, the ASRM 2018 Annual Scientific Congress, Denver, CO, and the PCRS Professional-in-Training Scholarship Award at the 64th Annual Meeting in 2020 and 2018.

Dr. Tiegs earned her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and then received her M.D.from Wake Forest School of Medicine. While at Wake Forest University, she received the ACOG John Gibbons Medical Student Award and the Wake Forest School of Medicine’s Obstetrics and Gynecology Merit Award for two consecutive years.

Dr. Tiegs completed residency training at New York University School of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she was actively involved in research in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. During her residency training, she received the Professional in Training Scholarship from the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society and was appointed as a Resident Reporter for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Tiegs is passionate about helping create and complete families, and is honored to be able to do so in her hometown of Atlanta at ACRM! She looks forward to the opportunity to assist as many patients as possible in creating the families that they desire. She aspires to heighten awareness of infertility as a relatively common condition, as well as provide options, hope and results for patients seeking treatment.
