IVF Costs & Fertility Treatment Costs

The breakdown of costs for common treatments at CCRM Colorado are as follows:

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) Treatment

Diagnostic testing prior to an IUI cycle is approximately $1,531. This includes a new patient consultation, ovarian reserve testing (blood work), uterine evaluation (ultrasound), and sperm testing. HSG, genetic carrier screening (blood), preconception labs, semen culture, and other case-specific tests are additional, if needed.

A medicated IUI treatment cycle at CCRM Colorado is between $1,500 to $3,000 for monitoring labs and ultrasounds, sperm wash, and insemination. Medications are payable directly to the pharmacies and cost up to approximately $500.

In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) Treatment

Diagnostic testing prior to an IVF cycle is approximately $3,860. This includes a new patient consultation, ovarian reserve testing (blood work), uterine evaluation (ultrasound and hysteroscopy), sperm testing (including DNA fragmentation), and basic communicable disease testing for patient and partner, if applicable. HSG, genetic carrier screening (blood), preconception labs, semen culture, and other case-specific tests are additional, if needed.

An IVF cycle with a Fresh Embryo Transfer at CCRM Colorado is $15,897. Medications cost between $5,800 to $10,800 and are payable directly to the pharmacies. Anesthesia is an additional $475 without insurance. Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) is an additional $2,836.

An IVF cycle with Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Comprehensive Chromosome Screening (CCS) on up to 6 embryos, and a Frozen Embryo Transfer at CCRM Colorado is $23,983. Medications cost between $5,800 to $10,800 and are payable directly to the pharmacies. Anesthesia is an additional $475 without insurance.

Egg Freezing (Female Fertility Preservation)

Diagnostic testing prior to an egg freezing cycle is approximately $1,427. This includes a new patient consultation, ovarian reserve testing (blood work) and uterine evaluation (ultrasound), and basic communicable disease testing. HSG, genetic carrier screening (blood), preconception labs, and other case-specific tests are additional, if needed.

An Egg Freezing cycle at CCRM Colorado is $11,016. Medications cost between $4,500 to $8,500 and are payable directly to the pharmacies. Anesthesia is an additional $475 without insurance.
