“Dr. McKnight is very skilled and has great bedside manner. I work in healthcare and had many questions but she unlike my previous doctor actually listened to me, answered my questions and provided me with relevant information to my treatment plan. This made my decision to switch to Dr. McKnight that much easier. I did call and bug my nurse often in the beginning because of uncertainty or fear with the different procedures. The medication routines change frequently based on your bodies reaction to treatment and can get confusing if you are not paying attention to every detail, but they were prompt and courteous answering my questions over the phone and email. I loved how encouraging and spiritually uplifting the phlebotomists were during my many visits for blood draws. On the day of egg retrieval, the embryologist were very knowledgeable and happy to share information. The sonogram/ultrasound techs were skilled at identifying many aspects of the IVF process.
