Scott Portnoy is the Vice President of Operations for CCRM. In this role, he will oversee collaboration between CCRM management objectives and local business operations.

Previously, Mr. Portnoy was a Senior Analyst in the Healthcare practice at St. Charles Capital, a Denver based middle market investment banking firm. In this role, Mr. Portnoy supported the Healthcare practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financings and joint venture transactions involving provider groups across the healthcare industry. His responsibilities included M&A transaction analysis, strategic advisory, and industry and company research.

Mr. Portnoy graduated from the University of Colorado with a BSBA in Finance and a B.A. in International Affairs.
