What Patients Are Saying About CCRM New York – Chelsea office

“I had the best experience at CCRM. In July 2019, I went to a different endocrinologist who gave me a pretty bleak fertility outlook and who presented the news in a very unprofessional manner. After grieving for a few weeks, I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Sara Barton at CCRM, and I am so grateful that I did! She was kind, understanding, and professional. She listened to my experience, had me get retested at CCRM to confirm my AMH (1.3)and FSH (10.5) #s, and walked me through all the possibilities with egg harvesting – both good and bad. I made the decision to go through the egg harvesting process in February and was able to freeze more eggs than I expected (11!). Throughout the entire experience, I felt super supported by the entire CCRM staff, especially my assigned nurse, Britney, who was available via phone or email any time I had a question (and I had quite a few!). Definitely recommend to anyone who wants the best of the best helping them in their fertility journey.” – Lizzie

“My wife and I worked with Dr. Barton for both of our successful pregnancies and highly recommend her. She is professional, caring, sensitive to LGBT unique needs, and great at what she does! We experienced clear communication and direction throughout the process. We are thankful for Dr. Barton and the entire CCRM team!” – KJ

“Dr. Kondapalli was simply amazing. After over a year and a half of unsuccessful IVF treatment at home and 3 miscarriages we decided to get treatment at CCRM. Our one day work up was so organized, efficient and positive. Dr. Kondapalli spent an hour of her time sitting with us to discuss what we had been through and how she would move forward. We left feeling extremely positive and excited about continuing our journey. Her nurses communication was top notch and Dr. K even made phone calls herself to us. She is not only a great doctor but a great person, definitely recommend seeing her for treatment during this difficult time!” – Sarah

“Words alone cannot convey how highly I respect and appreciate Dr. Kondapalli. The infertility journey is not an easy one, and like many others, I arrived at CCRM filled with both grief and hope. I previously suffered from recurrent miscarriages and was diagnosed with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. I also was of “advanced maternal age.” Dr. Kondapalli was frank and forthright about my prospects for successfully conceiving, and also encouraging and supportive. She walked with me every step of the way, as did the rest of the staff at CCRM. Their attentiveness and attention to detail surpassed my expectations, and someone was always available to answer my questions. I would recommend Dr. Kondapalli to anyone struggling with fertility. She is an extraordinary doctor–an extraordinary person–and she made me a mother. I am eternally grateful to her.” – Anonymous

“I cannot say enough about Dr. Kondapalli. I worked with her during a difficult time in my life to freeze my eggs. She was overwhelmingly kind and compassionate, yet infused light-heartedness, practical advice, and good information in each step of the process. We achieved improved outcomes in each round. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.” – Anonymous

“I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Barton and CCRM in general. While we were ultimately successful in our endeavor (which, at age 42 is saying a lot), the truth is, I would still be writing an excellent review even if we weren’t. CCRM is a huge, smooth, well-oiled machine. There is a reason that they are the best in the country. Dr. Barton was kind, but honest and straight-forward. She gave us excellent, evidence-based advice throughout our course. We are so lucky and so very thankful!” – Wendy
