Telehealth Appointments

CCRM Fertility is proud to offer telehealth appointments.

While following local shelter-in-place and health official guidelines, CCRM is open and helping patients prepare for pregnancy.

We are offering telehealth appointments for new patient consultations, treatment planning for established and new patients, preconception counseling and mental health counseling for CCRM patients. Our telehealth appointments can keep you moving forward on your path to parenthood during these unique times. CCRM is offering the following in-person appointments for healthy patients following a telehealth or in-person new patient consultation:

• Fertility testing and workups. This includes baseline blood work, ultrasounds, and hysterosalpingograms
• Semen analysis/male fertility services
• Providing full care for the fertility preservation of cancer patients
• Nurse consultations and IVF education

New patient appointments are subject to payment, co-pays and insurance submission. Please direct questions concerning insurance coverage or out-of-pocket expenses for these telemedicine options to your clinic’s Financial Patient Coordinator.
