Egg Donation Eligibility

An egg donor’s eligibility is based on her fertility and overall good physical and emotional health. See below the criteria to become an egg donor at CCRM.

DONORS MUST:

• Be 19 to 33 years old,
• Be a non-smoker,
• Not take recreational drugs,
• Have a body mass index (BMI) between 19 to 29.9,
• Have no body piercings or tattoos within the past 12 months,
• Know their health history and their family’s health history,
• Live within 2 hours of a CCRM Donor Egg Bank Center located in Boston, Denver, Dallas-Fort Worth,
Houston, and Minneapolis.
• Complete this easy, initial online application, and we will get back with you within one business day to discuss your eligibility.
