These services include physician fees, in-office procedures, ultrasounds, laboratory services (including embryology fees), blood work, and andrology services. If you have coverage for fertility services, we are happy to submit your claims on your behalf.

*Carrot, Maven and Progyny covered services may vary based on the employer sponsoring the benefit plan. All Progyny patients (new or existing at a clinic) must first call their Progyny Patient Care Advocate (PCA) for authorization before scheduling an appointment with our clinic.

We offer in-person and telehealth appointments, as well as extended evening hours for telehealth appointments on Mondays, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

We are also pleased to offer more convenient access to world-class fertility care for Fargo, ND residents. CCRM provides local Fargo, ND ultrasound and bloodwork monitoring options and telehealth appointments with Fargo based fertility specialist Dr. Stephanie Dahl. Fargo patients only need to travel to Minneapolis for your One Day Work-Up Fertility Testing, Egg Retrieval and Embryo Transfer appointments.

CCRM Minneapolis, led by Drs. April Batcheller, Wael Salem, and Stephanie Dahl, is dedicated to providing patients with industry-leading quality patient care and outcomes. The facility is an all-inclusive fertility center with an on-site clinic, surgery center, IVF laboratory and clinical laboratory. All preimplantation genetic testing is performed by CCRM Genetics Lab.
