Pregnancy loss is devastating and heartbreaking. It is estimated that 1 in 4 individuals and families experience a loss. People can experience anxiety, depression, changes in relationships, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), following a loss. Led by Angie Fouts-Hyatt, LPC, this group provides support around pregnancy loss, ways to honor loss, and strategies to cope with anxiety surrounding a future pregnancy.
