In this 2 hour workshop you will learn how the creative process, in combination with yoga, can help to enhance the mind body connection. The mind has a powerful influence over the functions of the body. What you think, how you feel emotionally, and what you believe, directly affects your health and can help you to navigate your fertility journey.

Creative expression, which is linked to the pelvic area,  can assist in processing your experiences with your fertility. You will be offered different expressive arts techniques (requiring minimal supplies) that you will try during the workshop, and carry into your daily life. Enjoy a gentle Yoga practice that will open the pelvic area to free up your creativity and release physical tension, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. Find the power of combining this wonderful duo of mind body techniques.

This workshop will be live streamed on zoom and is open to everyone. No prior experience with art or Yoga required. The Yoga practice is appropriate for all stages of your cycle.
