Atlanta Fertility Specialist Named “Top Doctor” by Atlanta Magazine

Based on peer review, Dr. Lisa Hasty of Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine has been named a “Top Doctor 2016” for outstanding pregnancy rates and expertise in Reproductive Endocrinology.

Fertility specialist Dr. Lisa Hasty of Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine (ACRM) has been chosen as a “Top Doctor 2016” by Atlanta Magazine. In Atlanta Magazine’s annual Top Doctors issue, Dr. Hasty has been recognized for the seventh year in a row by hundreds of her esteemed colleagues and peers in the metro area as one of the most respected doctors in Reproductive Endocrinology.

“I’m honored to be recognized in this year’s Atlanta Magazine ‘Top Doctors’ list and I congratulate the other esteemed physicians on the list,’ says Dr. Hasty. “Everyone at ACRM is very passionate about what we do here to help build families and I am grateful to be a part of it.”

Dr. Hasty is a founding partner of ACRM and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.  She received her undergraduate degree from Davidson College and earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine.  In 1985, Dr. Hasty accepted a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.  Following her residency in 1989, Dr. Hasty remained with the University of Pennsylvania.  Dr. Hasty is an elected Fellow of the America College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Atlanta OB/GYN Society, and the Georgia ObGyn Society.

This was an exciting year for ACRM as they partnered with the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine Network (CCRM) in late 2015. This partnership provides patients in the southeaster U.S. with continued access to ACRM’s outstanding patient care and outcomes, as well as leading fertility technology developed by the CCRM Network. In addition, Dr. Hasty marked eighteen years since the opening of ACRM with a Baby Party in April 2016 that brought together past patients, physicians and nurses, and ACRM staff.

Atlanta Magazine partners with Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a healthcare research firm based in New York, to complete the Top Doctor survey. The mission of Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. is to help consumers find the best healthcare. A randomly selected sample of board-certified physicians and key medical leaders were asked to identify exceptional doctors in their respective specialties. As a result of the hundreds of medical professionals surveyed, Atlanta’s Top Doctor’s are named. Doctors do not and cannot pay to be selected and profiled as Castle Connolly “Top Doctors”.
